Casino operator disciplinary decisions
The NICC can take disciplinary action against a casino operator for breaching the casino control laws and regulations. A breach of a casino's internal control measures can also constitute grounds for disciplinary action. The NICC publishes its disciplinary decisions after relevant parties are notified.
Breaches of internal control manuals under section 124
Under section 124 of the Casino Control Act 1992, casinos must operate in accordance with NICC-approved internal control manuals. A breach of the manuals constitutes a breach of the Act.
