NICC governance

The NICC has established its governance structures to ensure compliance with the Act and to maintain consistent, high standards of conduct.

The NICC Code of Conduct and Ethics sets out the NICC's expectations of office staff and commissioners.

The NICC Charter establishes a procedural framework for the governance and operations of the NICC and its commissioners based on the Casino Control Act 1992 and other relevant legislation.

The Government Information Access Application (GIPA) page outlines how the NICC meets its information management and public access obligations.

NICC Regulatory Delegations Manual

The delegations manual is made under the Casino Control Act 1992 (NSW). It sets out levels of responsibility for the NICC's delegates to undertake casino supervision on behalf of the NICC.
